Peer Support Network

What is PSN?

Our journey began with a simple yet profound realization – the scarcity of resources for adults who've acquired disabilities. We observed the existing social and healthcare systems struggling to bridge the gap in providing crucial social networks and financial support for non-medical daily life expenses. These gaps pose the most significant challenges for those who find themselves living with disabilities before the age of 65.

Our mission is crystal clear — to illuminate a brighter path for adults with acquired disabilities, one survivor at a time. We understand the isolation and relentless trials our survivors face daily. We firmly believe that opening up to peers is a vital step towards recovery for our cherished clients and, simultaneously, a powerful stride towards increasing disability awareness for our devoted volunteers and sponsors.

Dedicated

sponsors

Our sponsors play a pivotal role in our journey. They provide the crucial funding needed to empower our survivors to not just live but thrive. Their support makes our mission a reality.

ONE CLIENT

SURVIVOR’S

PERSPECTIVE

It's easy to feel forgotten and invisible. Many adults with acquired disabilities keep their pain inside because they feel alone in this struggle. Friends walk away — you become out of sight, out of mind.

Everyday tasks can feel overwhelming and impossible living with an acquired disability. Life is out of your control and scary. Every morning begins as a new unknown.

We're building a community for adults with acquired disabilities to keep them from feeling alone and help them succeed in a world designed for the abled.

Sudden, unexpected disability can happen to anyone. Wouldn't you want help?
